Very early compact dwarf plants reach only about a foot in height, but produce a lot of tomatoes. Fruits are salad-sized, about 2-4oz, round and somewhat flattened, with a nice shiny red skin and slightly lobed shoulders. According to the folks at Victory, they have a mild balanced flavour that is reminiscent of old-fashioned Campbell's tomato soup, and I have to agree. It's especially apparent when cooked. Makes an excellent soup or sauce. Fruit keeps well and the plants don't mind cooler temperatures. I find them to be a little more susceptible to later season tomato diseases, but this can be kept at bay with timely removal of affected material.
